By browsing this website, you accept these terms. The website presents corporate information, services, projects, and industrial catalogue references from HERING Ingeniería, S.R.L. If you disagree, do not use it.
2. Catalogue, quotations, and WhatsApp
This website is not an online store. “Add to cart” and multi-product inquiry features prepare an information request through WhatsApp; they do not complete a purchase. No message, listed price, data sheet, availability, or selection is by itself an irrevocable offer, reservation, accepted order, or contract.
Availability, currency, taxes, transport, installation, warranty, specifications, lead time, and final price must be confirmed in a formal HERING quotation. Obvious errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.
3. Technical information
Descriptions, photographs, brands, dimensions, and applications are general references and may change. Before purchasing, installing, or operating a product, users must confirm with HERING and the manufacturer’s documentation that it is suitable for their conditions, safety rules, and process. Website content does not replace detailed engineering, inspection, or specific professional advice.

To the extent permitted by law, HERING is not liable for technical decisions based solely on general website information, third-party failures, or indirect loss.
